Happy 85th Birthday Great Grandma Sylvia!

Sonja enjoyed celebrating Great Grandma Sylvia's 85th Birthday in Portland. She also enjoyed picking on someone her own size (well...a little smaller). Jason is a couple month's younger.

Crawling

Here is Sonja crawling. Kari was sorting some paperwork on the floor and Sonja was interested to see what was in all the piles. A few minutes before it was big work for her to crawl a few inches, but she figures out how to move quickly.

Fun With Blocks

Sonja got to play with her blocks earlier this week. She took to them quickly.

Just tonight, Sonja started crawling. She went from taking five minutes to move her body length to being able to scoot all across the living room. I'll try to upload a video of it soon, but needless to say, I think our time with Sonja just got a lot busier. No more setting her on a blanket to play while we get things done!

Happy 2nd of July

Sonja's enjoying the summer. Auntie Jenn caught her in this cute dress on a warm day this week. We'll be celebrating the fourth of July with Ryan's family on the Oregon Coast. Hopefully, the car ride home will not be as exciting as the car ride here. Sonja wishes it was the 70's and she didn't have to abide by the seat belt laws!
